SUSTAINABLE GASTRONOMY is a certification that recognises and distinguishes establishments committed to the principles of sustainability.

The aim of this initiative is to promote gastronomy that is environmentally responsible, socially responsible and economically viable.

Being part of the SUSTAINABLE GASTRONOMY initiative is about much more than obtaining a certification: it is a strategic commitment to innovation, efficiency and the ability to respond to customers who are increasingly aware of and sensitive to these principles.

Its aim is to provide the hospitality sector with a certification system that helps establishments stand out in an increasingly competitive market while also promoting continuous improvement and the integration of sustainable strategies into day-to-day management.
